Privacy Options
If you believe Capxel Security has processed or provided a dossier, report, or related data about you from public or licensed sources, you may exercise any of the following options:
1. Request a Copy of Your Data
You may request a copy of any personal data Capxel Security maintains about you. We will confirm your identity and provide the information as permitted by law.
2. Request a Data Change
You may request to correct or update inaccurate information contained in our systems or reports. Submissions require:
- Your full name,
- Email address for verification, and
- A clear description of the correction requested.
3. Request Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten")
You may request that Capxel Security delete your information from our active databases. Certain data may be retained where required by law, contractual obligations, or legitimate security purposes.
4. Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Capxel Security does not sell personal information; however, if you wish to ensure that your data is not shared with any licensed data partners in the future, you may opt out at any time.
How to Submit a Request
Please send an email to support@capxelsecurity.com with the subject line:
Privacy Request – [Type: Copy / Change / Delete / Opt-Out]
In the body of the email, include:
- Your first and last name
- Email address associated with your request
- (Optional) Phone number
- A clear description of your request and the nature of the information you believe we hold
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request. Requests are typically reviewed within 45 days, though complex or legally-restricted cases may take longer.
Confirmation & Annual Limit
You'll receive an email confirmation once your request is received. Under applicable law, privacy requests may generally be made once per calendar year per individual.
