Capxel Security LLC ("Capxel Security," "we," "our," or "us") provides intelligence, digital dossier, and investigative data services (the "Services") to vetted clients such as security firms, private investigators, and authorized professionals engaged in risk, protection, and forensic analysis.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and integrity of personal information processed in connection with our Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information, and outlines individual rights under applicable laws.

Capxel Security does not use Information for advertising, marketing, or commercial profiling unrelated to investigative or protective purposes.

  • With Clients to deliver contracted Services and authorized reports

We do not sell personal information and we do not share Information for advertising purposes.

2) GDPR Compliance (EU)

We follow GDPR principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, and security. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3) California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Disclosures

Capxel Security complies with the CCPA. We do not sell personal information. California residents may request:

  • Disclosure of categories of personal information collected
  • Access to specific pieces of personal information
  • Deletion of personal information (subject to lawful exceptions)

4) Nevada Privacy Act (NRS 603A) Disclosures

Capxel Security does not sell covered personal information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit opt-out or access/change requests at legal@capxelsecurity.com.

Children's Privacy

Our Services and website are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about minors.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date, and material changes will be clearly indicated.
